Question 1.	What are your hire periods?
Answer 1.	Minimum hire period for building work is 28 days with ongoing hire charged weekly. Minimum hire period for maintenance work only is seven days with ongoing hire charged weekly.
However, under particular circumstances hire periods can be negiotated and will only be arranged prior to quoting.
Question 2.	How much booking notice is required?
Answer 2.	7 days notice is required.
Question 3.	When do extra hire charges start?
Answer 3.	Extra hire charges start at the conclusion of the minimum hire period.
Question 4.	Can you quote from plans?
Answer 4.	Yes. Quoting can be done from plans although a site inspection will be required before the final quote.
Question 5.	What are your payment terms?
Answer 5.	A 50% deposit is required on the date of booking your scaffolding. The balance is required at the time of installation.
