How does Safety Planning work?
East Coast Scaffolding uses an electronic Records Management System
to generate Safety Planning reports for Risk Assessments and Safe Work
Method Statements. The system combines Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S),
Human Resources and Environmental Quality policies and documentation
to ensure your project meets all your WorkCover obligations.

This system provides an electronic Audit Trail for East Coast clients which includes:

• Access to a range of documents covering policy documentation, forms,
  templates, checklists, reports, consultation and risk management.
• Editing these documents online, enabling East Coast Scaffolding to:
  - Alter requirements to specific client needs or sites.
  - Obtain risk assessment or work method statements.

Who can use the service?
This service is only available to clients who choose our
4 in One Service Plan offered exclusively by East
Coast Scaffolding.
